The exterior and interior design of the 3+1 apartment in Eyüpsultan 2262 Ada 20, 21, 22, 23 Parsel, completed in 2023, was meticulously planned to meet the requirements of modern living. Tezh Mimarlık combined aesthetics and functionality in the exterior design, showcasing a refined example of contemporary architecture, while adopting a user-centered approach in the interior design. In the exterior design, modern architectural elements and high-quality materials were used to create a contemporary appearance. Aesthetic considerations were prioritized, while the durability and energy efficiency of the building were also carefully addressed. The exterior was designed to blend harmoniously with its surroundings and shape the project in a way that is sensitive to environmental factors. For the 3+1 apartment interior, the focus was on creating a functional and stylish living space. An open-plan layout was adopted for efficient use of space, and efforts were made to ensure each room receives natural light and creates a spacious atmosphere. Modern material choices and a carefully selected color palette made the spaces both aesthetic and comfortable. Additionally, the interior layout was thoughtfully arranged to meet the needs of the residents. This project combined high aesthetic standards with functionality in both the exterior and interior designs, offering residents a modern and comfortable living space.
