In 2024, we finalized the Exterior Design for a contractor with numerous ongoing projects in Pendik. At Tezh Mimarlık, we prioritize both aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that every detail of our designs is feasible for real-world application. For this project, we developed a contemporary and durable exterior design that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings. The materials chosen for the façade were selected for their longevity and resistance to environmental conditions. Colors, textures, and architectural details were meticulously planned to create a cohesive and visually appealing structure. During the design process, we carefully considered the client's needs and expectations, providing innovative and practical solutions. The façade design incorporated modern lighting elements and advanced cladding techniques, enhancing the buildings' overall appearance while aligning with sustainable architectural principles. With the Pendik Exterior Design project, Tezh Mimarlık once again combined aesthetics with functionality, delivering a design that adds value to the cityscape.
