In the 2019 project in Çengelköy, both the exterior design and landscape arrangement were carried out with great care. Tezh Mimarlık used modern and contemporary design elements for the exterior, ensuring the structure harmonized with its surroundings. The materials chosen added both aesthetic value and durability to the project. In the exterior design, great attention was paid to ensure that the building blended with the natural landscape, and natural light was maximized in the interior. In the landscape design, an environmentally conscious approach was adopted. Green spaces, water features, and natural plant life strengthened the space's connection with its natural surroundings. The landscape elements used in the exterior not only provided visual appeal but also functional benefits, offering residents a peaceful environment. This project, designed in harmony with the natural texture of Çengelköy, created a valuable living space that added value to the area.
